Data we use and its purpose
The contact form requests your name, email address, subject and message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, when requested, discuss a programme or appointment. Providing the details is voluntary; without a contact address we cannot respond. The form does not request national identifiers, banking details or medical information.
Service enquiries are processed for steps you request before a possible contract. Ordinary correspondence and site protection rely on legitimate interests in responding and keeping the service operational. Legal obligations apply where a contractual relationship creates them. A message does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How messages reach us
Messages are sent to the project mailbox hosted by Google/Gmail. The current Contact Form 7 configuration has no WordPress message archive installed. Hosting and email services may process technical data for delivery, operation and security.
Gmail is a Google service and may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the service terms. See Google’s privacy policy for its practices. Contact the controller for information about providers and conditions relevant to a specific enquiry.
Retention
Correspondence is retained as necessary to address your enquiry and continue the discussion you requested. If a contractual relationship follows, retention may depend on legal duties and the need to retain evidence relating to that relationship. Criteria include the enquiry’s purpose, legal obligations and justified retention needs.
Hosting infrastructure may record technical access data for operation and security; this is not used here for personalised advertising. Contact us to request erasure or information about retention of your data.
Cookies and external services
The language selector uses the functional pll_language cookie for the RO/EN preference, lasting up to one year. WordPress also uses authentication cookies for users signing in to administration. Cookies can be managed in browser settings.
The WordPress configuration checked on 10 October 2026 contains no advertising or visitor behaviour analytics tools. Search Console verification uses an HTML file without adding a visitor tracking script.
Links to YouTube, Google, Modern Mystery School and other websites open services with their own policies. The FormaLMS learning platform and MediaWiki library have separate account functions. This notice covers the WordPress form and configuration and does not replace notices concerning learner account data.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to certain processing. Consent can be withdrawn for processing relying on it. The form is not used for automated decisions about you.
Send requests to thespiritualtraining@gmail.com. You may complain to ANSPDCP or the competent authority. Reference: Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We also use IndexNow to help discovery of public pages: participating search engines are notified of page URLs when content is created or updated. This function does not transmit contact-form content or add visitor tracking.
