Meditation — an accessible beginning

You do not need to be able to stop your thoughts before you start meditating. You can arrive with a busy mind and questions. What matters is making time for practice with appropriate guidance.

Max Meditation System™

The method associated with MMS founder Gudni Gudnason combines elements of Eastern practice with relaxation and modern guidance. A facilitator takes you through bodily relaxation, breathing, settling attention, a period of meditation and conscious return. Sharing your experience is optional.

How a session unfolds

The MediaWiki source describes guided sessions of around 40–50 minutes. Previous experience is not required. Group practice can be followed without pressure to perform or achieve a predetermined result. The actual format and timing are communicated before participation.

Other forms of practice

Sanctuary Meditation is a class exploring the inner space and the relationship with the Higher Self. Chi-Do brings mindful movement and breathing into practice. These approaches serve different purposes and can be explored at your own pace.

Sessions and registration

The original page announces a free meditation session and includes a Zoom registration link. We confirm whether the series is active and provide current details before registration. That session’s free participation does not determine the conditions of every class or practice.

Your next step

Before booking, we discuss requirements, who facilitates the programme, language, venue, duration and fee. Dates and availability are confirmed personally.
